This is the process of dividing or combining two or more plots. The end product is multiple title or one that encloses all plot areas combined.

This service is applied at the District Council. Once approved the applicant submits the approval letter to the Land Board for issuance of the new title.
- Complete Customary / Common Law Land Rights application form
- Certified copy of ID’s (Omang)
- Locality sketch plan
- Copies of certificates/ leases of the plot/ploughing field
- Letter of representation (For societies/syndicates/Business / Companies
- Site plan(s)

No payment, unless there is the desire to convert to common law lease whereat the costs are outlined under conversions.
