Appeals to Land Tribunal

Overview

Those wishing to appeal a decision of the Minister of Land Management, Water and Sanitation Services, a Main Land Board or Planning Authority may apply to the Land Tribunal offices located in Gaborone, Maun, Francistown and Palapye.
